Unlocking dreams, because horses saved me, too.
I’ve always wanted animals, especially horses. But growing up, my parents gave a hard no. So I made it happen on my own.
I worked on farms just for the chance to muck stalls, groom animals, and breathe the smell of hay. I didn’t care what I had to do—as long as I could be near horses.
For a long time, though, horses weren’t part of my career plan.
I became a nursing home administrator, and I was going to cure Alzheimer’s, or at least provide a plan of care that allowed families to connect and communicate with their loved ones to bring some form of peace. This was my path and focus until…
I had my own health scare.
It brought my career dreams to a crossroads, allowing me to reevaluate my passions in life and my priorities as a wife and mom of two. While I was recovering, I was able to spend time with my pups and reconnected with my childhood passion of riding.
During my treatment, I needed to keep my mind busy, and I decided to become a licensed broker. I obtained my real estate license, not because I had dreamed of selling houses, but because I needed to create new future goals and stay motivated and excited. Honestly, I never wanted to be a traditional residential agent as I have always been a dreamer and someone who thinks outside the box.
And then came the God wink.
My very first transaction was helping a client from New York, who had horses. I listed a 175-acre property that didn’t yet have horses, but could. I worked with the buyer, got creative, and made it happen.
And I knew right then: this is what I want to do.
That deal brought horses back into my life.
But when I started talking about specializing in horse properties, people doubted me. They’d ask:
“Do you even own a horse?”
“Do you live on a horse farm?”
At the time, I didn’t. But I kept showing up and proving myself, helping clients that other agents overlooked. Before long, referrals started coming my way.
Horses saved me, too.
When I was sick, my social world changed. But being around horses grounded me and gave me my strength back. My horse, Henry, has saved me in ways I can’t even explain.
That’s why this work is personal.
I’m not just here to sell land or a horse farm. I want people to have the quality of life that comes with waking up to horses outside your window. I believe in that.
If that’s your dream, I’m here to help you unlock it.
Why clients trust me
I’m selling more than a piece of property—it’s a lifestyle and an experience.
No other agent in the Triangle combines equestrian knowledge with market expertise like I do. Sure, I’m not going to know everything, but what I don’t know I’ll find out for you.
- I focus on helping you build the life you want
 - You get honest, transparent guidance
 - I lead with education and empowerment, not hard sales
 - I turn setbacks into solutions

You bring the dream. I bring the plan.
Here’s how I work with you:
Step 1: Share your vision
Grab a magic wand (literally, I’m not kidding) and think big. Tell me what you envision—the lifestyle, the land, the budget, the must-haves, and even the “someday” wishes.
Step 2: Align goals with reality
I’ll help you match your goal to what’s realistic in the market, and then craft a strategic plan to get you as close as possible.
Step 3: Get the honest truth
I’ll evaluate each property with a critical eye and tell you the good, the bad, and the hidden potential. No sugarcoating!
Step 4: Spot and solve problems early
I uncover issues others might miss and help you resolve them before they become barriers.
Step 5: Create what doesn’t exist (yet)
I’ll think like a detective, dig into possibilities, and figure out how to turn a “maybe” into your ideal future.
I believe in relationships, not just transactions
And I believe your dreams—no matter how big—are worth chasing. Let’s go get ‘em!
