Farm Flip and land value!!

The value of land, good desirable land, should not be undervalued.  Over the past few years, I have had the honor of working with clients who love developing, renovating, or rebuilding on prime acreage.  I have spent hours learning, researching, and partnering with experts who love and know the value of the land which has reconfirmed why farm and horse properties stay a top focus for me and my business.  Fast forward to the Summer of this year, 2023, I have had the honor of working with a former gifted buyer client.  Joe’s knowledge and skill of rehabilitating older homes, and creating homesteads have ignited my dream of being a part of flipping a farm.  This all became reality when we both saw much promise in an older “broken” home on 15 acres of prime agricultural land in Person County.  With the support of Joe’s incredible and skilled investor, the farm flip has begun.
